Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our programs, services, and care model.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. What is the first step to get started?
Your first step is a 20-minute consultation where we’ll learn about your goals, review your concerns, and determine if our approach is the right fit for you.
2. Do you accept insurance?
We operate as a concierge-style practice and do not bill insurance for our services. This allows us to provide more personalized, in-depth care without the limitations of traditional models.
In some cases, labs may be ordered through your insurance and prescriptions may be sent to retail pharmacies. However, coverage varies by plan and we cannot guarantee that all services will be covered.
3. Can I use my HSA or FSA?
In many cases, yes. We can provide detailed invoices that may be submitted for reimbursement, depending on your plan.
PROGRAMS & CARE
4. How are your programs different from traditional care?
We focus on personalized, data-driven care that combines your labs, symptoms, and goals. Our approach emphasizes long-term results rather than short-term symptom management.
5. Do I have to commit to a long-term program?
No. We start with a consultation and build a plan that fits your needs. Ongoing care is flexible and designed around your goals.
6. What kind of lab testing do you use?
We offer comprehensive and advanced lab testing that goes beyond standard panels, allowing us to better understand your health and guide your care.
This may include advanced bloodwork, genetic testing, active cancer screenings, GI microbiome analysis, autoimmune testing, hormone cycle mapping, and other specialized diagnostics based on your needs.
MEDICATIONS & TREATMENTS
7. Do you prescribe medications like GLP-1, hormones, or peptides?
Yes, when appropriate. These therapies are used as tools within a larger plan—not as a standalone solution.
8. Will I be on medication long-term?
Not necessarily. Our goal is to help you build sustainable health, and we adjust your plan over time based on your progress.
ACCESS & SUPPORT
9. Will I be able to communicate with my provider?
Yes. Many of our patients have direct messaging access for ongoing support, guidance, and adjustments.
10. Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We provide telehealth services across multiple states, as well as in-person and concierge services in Arizona.
11. What states do you serve?
We currently provide telehealth services in multiple states, including California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Hawaii, Iowa, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Idaho, Montana, and Georgia.
We are also expanding soon into Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
SERVICES
12. Do you offer IV therapy and other services without joining a program?
Yes. We offer a range of additional services—including provider-directed IV therapy, mobile labs, and concierge visits—that can be accessed independently based on your needs.
13. How do I know if this is right for me?
The best way to find out is through a consultation. We’ll take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and help determine if our approach is the right fit for you.
